Mr. Moraine graduated law school from Southern Methodist University School of Law as a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society in 1996, and later earned a Master of Laws in Taxation at The University of Houston Law Center. Mr. Moraine also holds a Master of Arts in Political Science with concentrations in Public Administration and International Affairs from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) in Political Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio. He has authored, co-authored, and lectured in the areas of health law, regulatory compliance, alternative dispute resolution, jury selection, taxation, and professional ethics. Mr. Moraine is politically active and served as a member of Presidential Republican Strike Force teams in Texas, Michigan, and Florida. He is a former Precinct Chair, Election Judge, and has served as the elected chairman of a municipal utility district, as well as past positions on local Boards of Adjustment, and Oil and Gas Appeals. Mr. Moraine resides in Texas and New Mexico.
